The other day the girls and I took a walk to the grocery store and on the way home we stopped to just run in the grass. I couldn't believe how much fun the girls had...no balls to kick, no play ground to play on, just room to run! :)

This past Saturday Emi and I had some one-on-one time while running errands. We stopped at Petco and they had these little carts, just perfect for Emi. She loved it!!! :) She kept grabbing stuff and throwing it in the cart saying, "we need this." (acting like she was SO BIG!) It was really cute!

Christmas in the Park 2

Last Friday my friend Kami put on 'Christmas in the Park' for the 2nd year in a row. It was such a fun night!!! Thank you for joining us Chris & Kristin! My camera does not take good pics in the dark so this is what I got...

Baking Day

Yesterday I had a baking day with Lexi...Sam, Alyssa and Emi helped too. :) We made lots of yummy treats and had a great time hanging out!

This year we decided to get a real tree and I love it!!! It was so fun to go pick out a tree w/Nate and the girls and the smell is wonderful! :)

The girls really liked watching the tree getting trimmed.

Parent/child dedication

A couple of weeks ago Nate and I were part of the parent/child dedication at our church. It was such a great time to publicly commit our parenting to the Lord and ask for our church body to help us daily in this. Unfortunately we didn't get any good pictures, but I wanted to document this wonderful day anyways. :)

Marcus' fun birthday party!

A couple of weeks ago we celebrated our friend Marcus' 4th birthday...he had such a cool firetruck birthday party. The kids got to play in the firetruck, dress up in the firefighter gear, play fun firefighter themed games and spray the hose!!! ...and Marcus got to take a birthday ride in the firetruck. :) He also had the coolest cake, one of his mommy's friends made it for him. Happy birthday Marcus!
